Susan A. Bennett in a federal lawsuit filed today alleges that a false database entry by the Department of Veterans Affairs has prevented her from finding work, that an ordered urology consult for a patient early in his treatment was ignored.
VA settled the patients' 2004 claim for $450,000, and in 2007 notified the Medical Malpractice Payment Report Database that Bennett was at fault for the malpractice, and has refused to correct its errors, the lawsuit says.
