It appears that some of our earlier concerns regarding VA's limiting of PTSD stressors diagnosis to their own people[VA employed or contract; psychologist, psychiatrists]and how that conflicts with USC 5152, is now being challenged before the Federal Circuit, by NOVA, [National Organization for Veterans' Advocates]
