Making the Searching of Federal Circuit Easier, Tips

It is now easier than ever to search through Federal Circuit decisions and opinions, because Google has indexed them. This means that they can be accessed through a normal Google search.

Also by using this format you can narrow the results. Us this format before your search words;
site:cafc.uscourts.gov federal circuit

So place that qualifier in the search box then add your key words after circuit. Say you want to search for decisions that mention Cushman, you entry would look like this:
site:cafc.uscourts.gov federal circuit Cushman

Now if Google will just index all th CAVC [Veterans Courts] orders and opinions i cold eliminate one of my research Bogs.

Are you listening Google?
